Bruz d'Murazzan is an Italian cheese made from sheep's milk and produced in Piemonte - Piemonte Region

Raw materials: robiola Murazzano (from sheep's milk).
Process technology: The robiola is cut into pieces, adding the fermented sheep's milk little by little. Matures in a week in a suitable environment. When it is ready, it is enriched with Grappa or Brandy to stop the fermentation.

Complete maturation and maintenance: This product can be stored for a long time, kept in special glass jars.
Characteristics of the finished product: creamy, thick and greyish-white in color.
Production area: areas near Cuneo, especially in Murazzano. 
Production time: Throughout the year.
