Caciotta Sutina is a creamy, very soft cheese of about 800 gr and has a very short maturation time. It is characterized by having small holes, a crunchy flavor and is milky white in color. This cheese has a pleasant taste on the palate, with a mild herbal note typical of the mountainous region. It is especially suitable for salads, cut into cubes and with a light dressing or grilled with a slice of toasted yellow polenta.
