Cheese made from cow's milk, rennet and salt. Milk derived exclusively from areas of origin (PDO) production area north-east Italy.

MEZZANO Monti Trentini Asiago looks like a sweet cheese-flavored sapos marked yet delicate, semi-cooked, compact, with few small and medium-sized, slightly yellowish in color. Product usually in late autumn and winter with semi-skimmed milk, selected from the pastures of the beautiful mountains of Trentino and those of the Asiago Plateau, which guarantee the quality and enhance the flavor.
