Antiche Terre di Siena Italian Sheep cheese made in Tuscany
Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, rennet, salt and yeast.
Treaty crusted with E203 E235. Packaged in wooden boxes of 4 pieces. Weight: cylindrical diameter of 18cm with rounded heel. Packaged in a refrigerated environment for at least 15 days.
Features: very thin crust, soft and buttery, color between white and slightly pale look, somewhat delicate, almost sweet flavor.
Production period: all year. In summer and autumn, it is produced with the addition of cow's milk.
