BIO PIENZA FRESCO Italian sheep's cheese made in Tuscany

An organic fresh pecorino, made from pasteurized sheep's milk from certified farms. It contains no preservatives and no synthetic colorings and is obtained using only natural rennet. Straw yellow color, characterized by a soft and elastic crust. The smell is nice but very perceptible. The unique taste is sweet and delicate, as well as being slightly pungent.

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk from organic farms, salt, rennet, lactic acid bacteria selected. Shelf 120g Package: Forms for approx. 1.2 kg.
