Italian sheeps cheese made in Tuscany
Name: semi-mature version of our organic sheep made from pasteurized sheep milk from farms certified. They do not contain preservatives and artificial colorings and does not get it by using only natural rennet. The texture is contracting with a persisent balanced flavor and slightly pungent odor.
Ingredients: pasteurized sheep milk from organic salt, rennet, lactic acid bacteria selected. Shelf 120g Package: forms for approx. 1.2 kg.
