This cheese is made exclusively with milk, rennet, salt, lactic acid and hot pepper from southern Italy. Due to the careful choice of ingredients, this cheese is strong and unique in flavor. Given its body, it can be combined with white wine. Maturation time: at least 5 days. Weight: 0.4-4 kg.
